I just installed Hit Counter Manager and ran into an issue with the shortcuts.
If I go into settings > Global shortcuts all the shortcuts and tick boxes are greyed out with the text inside stating:
"ERROR: SJIFT + ?"
In the tab Global shortcuts it tells me 'Global Shortcuts(OS not supported)

The program runs fine other than than.

Hit

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro
  • Browser: Opera GX
  • Version: 20H2

Any help would be appreciated, as the shortcut functionality is most important!

Hi, there are 3 download options. One is for any operating system running on Mono without global hotkey support, so you have to pick one of the two Windows versions that are supporting global hotkeys. More details are listed here: https://github.com/topeterk/HitCounterManager/tree/2de7a6c0c82efdad44a491a1f0534b2cb9cc1b13#systemrequirements
The two Windows version only differ in the installer, one is with and one without installer. Their feature set is the same.

As of now you could use this version, for example: https://github.com/topeterk/HitCounterManager/releases/download/1.20.0.0/HitCounterManager_Windows_Setup_v1.20.0.0.msi
