Use and transport of a minimum understanding of IFFE and local scopes
With well scoped variables:- A function can select an event at random. A function can return the number of days to train based on the event selected. Functions should print the athlete name, event, and number of days to the console.
Exercises to work with Scope (global scope, block scope). Scope defines where variables can be accessed or referenced.
