device_cgroup: added a new control file, devices.info, to show full state and not just the backward-compatible "whitelist of devices." This maintains the backward compatibility that seems to be desired for devices.list but also makes a full description of the cgroup available.

Format follows:

    [default behavior]
    {+|-} [type] [major]:[minor] [access mode]

Examples:

    ALLOW ALL
    - c 195:* rwm
    - c 244:0 rwm

or

    DENY ALL
    + c 8:* rw

…tate and not just the backward-compatible "whitelist of devices"

@mbrehmer Out of curiosity, then where to/how do people contribute to linux? Is it on another profile/org?

The Linux kernel is a complex project, and you can not simply throw Github PRs at it.

To know what Mr Torvalds thinks of Github PRs, please read #25

Documentation on how to contribute is self contained:

@bholagabbar Yes, its original repository is on kernel.org.

Besides you have to follow the Dictator and Lieutenants Wotkflow, if you want to contrubute to the Linux Kernel.

The notifier calls were thrown in as a last-minute fix for an
imagined "this device could be part of a bridge" problem. That
revealed a certain lack of locking. Not to mention testing...

When drivers call intel_svm_available() to check whether the
Shared Virtual Memory(SVM) is supported by the IOMMU driver,
they will get a warning in the kernel message if the SVM is
not supported by the hardware.
