I believe timecodes has --dst-timecodes or --src-timecodes does not has this option resulting timecodes must extracted every time if sushi process a file many times (if the path is not specified)

Extracting timecodes with mkvextract is extremely fast and I see no reason to leave more garbage after the run. They are also mostly useless for other application, unlike keyframes which are required if you then want to fix the timing in aegisub later.
I'll leave this issue hanging for now but it's most likely won't get implemented.
Extracting timecodes is fast for ~24 min & 720p or lower. As the resolution or duration increase, the time it takes is longer, so IMO I think its best to spend this times on shifting process when one decide to run sushi on same video later :)
