Not as far as I know, but you can change the fps of your source in that case.
Use ffmpeg or eac3to for speeding up the audio and prass for speeding up the subtitles. However, make sure your BD is really the correct fps for your show.
"-changeTo25.000" with eac3to / "-af atempo=1.042708" with ffmpeg
"--multiplier 23.976/25" (or something like that) with prass
Is it not work if src & dst have different fps?
