Ores that can be Pulverized but not Enriched:

• Ferrous Ore (TE)
• Iridium Ore (IC2)
• Aluminum Ore (TiC)
• Emerald Ore (Vanilla)
• Sulfur Ore (Railcraft)
• Saltpeter Ore (Railcraft)
• Vinteum Ore (AM2)
• Cinnabar Ore (TC)

Ores that cannot be Pulverized or Enriched, but potentially should be:

• Apatite Ore (Forestry) (Macerator, Rock Crusher)
• Dark Diamond Ore (RC) (Macerator, Rock Crusher)
• Dark Emerald Ore (RC) (Macerator, Rock Crusher)
• Dark Lapis Ore (RC) (Macerator, Rock Crusher)

These lists are not necessarily exhaustive - I have not checked the various nether ores since they can be smelted into their normal counterpart.

Ferrous Ore is useful even to players not using TE/GT, as the 'Hardened' tier of RF conduits/cells can be used with any RF mod.

There's also a large number of ores that can only be processed by a Macerator/I.Grinder, but they're largely only useful to GT so there isn't really a need for other processing options.
