Guys,
There are few translations in English are not done properly

How to get the Latest Source of Wapt Console and Modify accordingly?

Hi shmoulana,
the best way is to fork the project and edit waptconsole through lazarus-ide. As English is the default language in WAPT code, you have to be careful to modify also po files (translation files) when changing the source code so that translations are properly kept.
If it is just a few strings, you can just write them down in this bug report, we'll see at fixing them.
