Readme alongside KAG.exe references very old information

Apparently the readme and server setup info files are very out of date when it comes to hosting, and people are getting misled. We should fix this soon.

What exactly need to update in the readme file?

DEFAULT KEYS:
This section could be updated, there's keys such as f3+b to auto ban for 24 hours missing, ctrl + zoom and probably more.

AUTHORS:
This section contains the out of date information, such as the devlog not being used in over 6+ years,

Maybe we could include some newer stuff, such as the discord, community guides for the basic gameplay, link to our github if you want to contribute and possibly other relevant stuff.
