Separate key pair classes from did key #61

For "ed25519", "secp256k1", "x25519" packages, we want to split what is did key specific, and what is crypto / key pair related.

We want key pair packages that are portable, similar to https://github.com/mattrglobal/bls12381-key-pair

Proposals

ld-keypair classes to be moved to “linked-data-security” mono repo
did-key to use ld-keypair classes
did-key-cipher to be moved to “linked-data-security” mono repo
Documentation of did-key and “other did methods” to be added to did key readme
Documentation on did-key and “linked data suites” to be added to did key
