Command to check bed status.

Would be nice to have a command that tells you the status of your bed.

Config decides what is shown in the notification you get from using the command.

Kinda like:

Player types "/bed"

and gets a message in return saying something like:

Bed Ready: "Your bed is ready for spawn at Loc.: 304 54 -1243."
Bed on Cooldown: "Your bed is on cooldown for another x seconds at Loc.: 304 54 -1243."
No Bed Spawn: "You do not currently have a bed spawn."

Messages could be configurable.
