Butterfly Timing

Hi,

I am unsure if Butterfly has run. Please find the statistics and the timing for butterfly is 0 sec. Kindly Clarify?

Thanks for pointing this out. This reporting was originally developed for Trinity v1, and in Trinity v2 the butterfly timepoint isn't on its own relevant here. Instead the 'Rest' time is what should be used. Also, looking at this now, the info in the reporting doesn't look right anyway. I'll look into the codebase and fix this for the next release. We do have some additional performance monitoring capabilities and I'll document these and report on them later today via the google group. best, ~brian
