I have been working with jade a lot during the past few months, and its a big part of some of my projects. It doesn't seem like the project is moving along, and I hate maintaining forks of libraries.

I would be interested and willing to take up maintenance of the project, either assisting the current team or full ownership, if that would be easier on your team.

Is Trivago still using Jade internally? If so, i can understand if you want to keep the project internally managed. Otherwise if not, I'm happy to take over responsibility for the project long term, so they its easier for contributing patches to the library and keeping it in sync with Symfony updates. I'm also happy to work with the Trivago team to help maintain and contribute to development, if there is still interest in being involved.

Thanks for the hard work getting this built out, and the assistance getting Symfony 4 support moved along!

Hey man
I know it's 2 years later but are you still interested in this library?
Initially, jade was used by many internal applications but the whole team who was responsible for maintaining those projects have moved to another company.
I could reach out to trivago to ask for a transfer of repo

@moein @regniblod,

I had taken a step away from Symfony work the past few years. I've gotten back into Symfony again, and am going to be using Jade for an upcoming project.

I've spent the past few weeks working through some errors trying to get the project running on Symfony 6 with the latest version of neomerx/json-api, which has been a bit of a struggle.

I'm still interested in maintaining the project, if you are still open to it. I can either maintain it in the Trivago namespace, or re-release the project in my own if that's easier. Might just want to post something in this repository to direct users to the new location.

Hi @richgerdes
Unfortunately, none of us are Trivago anymore.
I'll contact some people in Trivago to see if they can contact you here.
For now, it makes sense for you to fork, and if they agree to get your PRs in, you can do a PR from the fork.
Cheers

Hello @richgerdes ,
We will evaluate this from trivago side and come back to you.
