Allow other namespaces in compile-data

Currently, src/js/cli.js compile-data only compiles namespaces from /data. It could be extended to also compile other namespaces.

I suggest to modify the compile-data so that also subdirectories of /trovu/data/shortcuts are compiled. In that way the additional namespaces could reside in separate directories which - for example - could be git-pulled from elsewhere.
