Does CEMExplainer support scikit-learn models (e.g., RandomForestClassifier)?

The CEM explainer in the toolkit is not model agnostic and so requires a differentiable model to work. We have a model agnostic version in Watson Openscale (IBM product) which works with arbitrary classifiers.
