Moving to Gulp

Just putting this in to discuss any future work on our plans to try moving the framework over to use Gulp instead of Grunt.

I’ll be putting together a branch for this this week, so that we can see if there are any unforeseen things we need to address, but now GruntIcon is being removed from the project this should be a straightforward task.

Will be making this a part of v8, as think it’s too big a change to get into v7. Will start working on when get chance though now in a separate branch.
