match package version number with compatible dynamo version #62

it is difficult to understand which package is compatible with which dynamo versions.

current and past versions as in Dynamo package manager...

suggested versioning DynamoVersion.Major.Minor for example 1.1.1.3 (compatible with Dynamo 1.1)
or 1.2.1.3 (compatible with Dynamo 1.2)

PS: update the package description as well...
