The link to the 1995-09-07 version 1426 host table points to a 1995-05-17 version 1425 host table. Adding a new 19950907 folder in pub/hosts and putting the http://cd.textfiles.com/group42/INTERNET/HOSTS.TXT host table (a 1995-09-07 version 1426 host table) in it should resolve the issue.
