I am setting FooterSettings.HtmlUrl to http://www.google.com, it is not printing the footer on the pdf though.

I have verified that the problem exists in 1.0.3. It seems to be working properly in develop branch, however, so you can expect a good result for 1.1.0. I can't be sure whether it was something in TuesPechkin or wkhtmltopdf, but it's working now so I'll leave it at that.
