Wrong Link on Turbogears2 PyPI page #33

On the PyPI page http://pypi.python.org/pypi/TurboGears2/ is a wrong link:
In the paragraph "The latest development version is available in the TurboGears Git repository." the link points to the https://sourceforge.net/p/turbogears2/tg2/ instead of https://github.com/TurboGears/tg2
