Appliances needing rebuild or bugfix

This issue is to track appliances that have bugs AND fixes and essentially just need to be rebuilt (or patched). Once we have 10 ready to go then we will rebuild them (rather than waiting for next release). - change of plan, see below.

I have included 10 checkboxes And will add apps as I come across them. Please feel free to commit with suggestions - although not that they are only appliances that have a bug that also has a fix!

I have changed the wording and name of this issue as we possibly won't actually rebuild appliances that essentially work OOTB but have bugs. Instead for these we plan to implement debian bugfix packages. Once we have the details worked out then I will post further info...
