The pieces are coming together. Beside fixing small issues here and there, the biggest work left is to get the turtlebot apps working with the android apps (turtlebot/turtlebot_apps#47) and the simulator finally up to speed (turtlebot/turtlebot_simulator#9).

We just released an updated and complete set of turtlebot, create and kobuki packages. Hence, considering this done. Any new issues will be tracked separately.
