Can we falloc the file during start and then write to the same one during upload using more than 1 stream?
I'm currently receiving big files using tus and concatenation takes quiet long.

No, that is currently not possible. The tus protocol does not provide any functionality for having multiple PATCH requests for a single uploads. As such, tusd does not implement it either.
