Swipe up or down on the notifications tab triggering false motions

When using the "swipe through tabs" feature in the settings, being on the notifications tab and doing a vertical swipe up or down triggers a horizontal motion, so rather than a scroll through the notifications a tab change is triggered. This false behaviour is only in the bell/notifications tab, on other tab the up and down scroll is good . I am on 15.1 fdroid version
