monochrome android icon no longer supported after logo update #7003

Bug in mobile app

Describe the bug
After updating the app with the new logo, the colours are no longer applied to the app icon.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Apply a Material You theme with a different than the default color scheme.

Expected behavior
App icon changes based on theme, as it did before. (See screenshots)

Smartphone:

  • Device: Galaxy S24 Ultra
  • OS: OneUI 6.1 (Android 14)
  • Version 229.240517.0

Test Notes:

  • Enable themed icons / symbol icons / monochrome icons in the android system settings
  • Drag Tuta app to launcher (home screen)
  • Verify that the Tuta icon shows in monochrome as themed icon in the android launcher (home screen)

We've fixed the issue and the icon should be displayed as expected with one of the next updates.
