When the btsync-agent is suspended by the user, after reboot the agent is started again.

This is exactly what I am looking for (my mobile bandwidth is limited and I frequently restart my machine).
When is this going to be released?

It was released with the last available version ;-)

Strange.

I am using 1.13.0-1 on my x64 desktop (Linux Mint 14) and it persists the Paused state only 50% of the cases (I have done a lot of pause/resume + machine restarts to test it).

My armhf Samsung Chromebook (Ubuntu 12.04) practically never persists the Paused state. (this also runs 1.13.0-1). Maybe once in 10-20 restarts.
