The menu icon doesn't change back to the "default" state once you close the menu. Here's a youtube video of it in action.

But the state resetting problem is still present, so I'll leave this bug open.

It's a focus state thing I believe—iOS doesn't change the focus after tapping unless we remove it manually with JS.
