[FEATURE REQUEST] Add the possibility to send notifications at startup

Describe the feature request

The feature would send all notifications at startup. A setting might or might not enable the function.

Why do you personally want this feature to be implemented?

This function would be useful to me because I centralize all my alerts and allow me to interact with my home automation installation or automation tools (example: node red, n8n, home assistant) via a custom alert

At startup, this allowed to synchronize all status on other systems.
