so far we have gists in two accounts (treboresque, kristw) and we need a common place to put them so we can have the one blocks page. i'm not sure if that is a the twitter github account or perhaps a d3kit github account.

we are putting them all in the gallery: https://github.com/twitter/d3kit/wiki/Gallery works is working great for now.
