Describe the bug

The Submit button can be enabled by entering spacebar as the title of the new issue.

Empty title, Submit button is disabled:

Spacebar as title, Submit button is enabled:

To Reproduce

  1. Create a new issue
  2. Type a spacebar in the title

Expected behaviour

Spacebar titles should be invalid, the Submit button should be disabled.
