With this extension you can create product list pages with products based on rules similar to the catalog discount rules.

The rule entity is EAV so you can translate it for each store view just like you do for products and categories.
Each has a title, an optional description and an optional image.
You can include a link to the pages you create in the main navigation (category menu) or manually add it in a cms page.
The products listed in the rule pages use the same template as a category list. So it should work for custom themes. In special cases it needs modifications. See the Known Issues.
The pages come by default with a layered navigation similar to the category pages.

If you have too many rule pages and you want to group them under a single menu item you can do it from the configuration panel.
