CMIP3 / CMIP5 app - Compile Alfresco outputs

Compile Alfresco output data for app. Of course, this cannot be completed until Alfresco output is available for for CMIP5 models and RCPs. Currently only available for CMIP3 models and scenarios.

Data should include (1) area burned, (2) fire frequency, (3) area vegetated by vegetation type, and (4) age distribution by vegetation type.

Note that age data cannot be properly compiled at this time due to erroneous values in the Alfresco outputs.

Experimental first pass of all four above Alfresco outputs compiled for CMIP3 models and scenarios. Age geotiffs have been repaired for these Alfresco runs.

This begins a new repo branch.
