If we experience an error like "The SAS installation data file is invalid." when we go to update the license on Cheaha, the license file may be malformed. See https://gitlab.rc.uab.edu/rc/cluster-software/-/issues/83 for more details on resolution.

We are allowed to contact SAS technical support. Navigate to their site (https://www.sas.com/en_us/contact/technical-support.html), create an account and submit a ticket.
