Describe the bug
when set discount for product, price in product not change

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to commerce module menu
Click on discount
add new data in discount
then set discount in product detail
price of product when user buy not change

Expected behavior
discount can work in price of product

Commerce Module Version [e.g. 0.3.4]
