The Flight data is a JSON file on the Disco, that gets automatically extracted from the drone to the FreeFlight Pro upon landing, and uploaded to My Parrot.
FlightData Manager is a nice freeware (not OSS) Windows program for showing/converting your flight data. It supports making files for the freeware Virb Edit video editor, so you can have an overlay on your drone videos with flight data (e.g. what speed you're flying at that moment in time).
This disco-docs repository is community-driven Wiki.
