Guest mode doesn't work on windows

Describe the bug

Guest mode is made unusable as anything typed into the address bar results in an instant crash.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Enter Guest mode, either through the account switcher or the launch prompt (the 'Who's using Cromite' menu).
2. Type anything into the address bar. It can be anything, it doesn't have to be a full web address. For the sake of specificity, just type the letter 'a'.
3. Cue crash.

Expected behavior

There would be no crash and that I could use guest mode as I would incognito.
Incognito mode doesn't crash by the way, just guest mode.
