Make all default x and y values relative to width and height.

How feasible is this to do? I thought that we had issues where we received the actual image only after the node was up and running? Are you thinking that instead of given x and y value as absolute pixel values, we give them as a values that will be treated relative to the width and height we receive from the camera?
