Testing section should be amended or created to basically just point the reader at the sample package rostest stuff for an example of how to use setup functions with gtest.

Resolved in #71. We now have an example in src/sample_package/my_node_rostest.cpp. I'm happy with just an example, don't need to add anything to the README.
