add an rss feed for latest images in a daily or weekly digest.

cron task runs each night at midnight
finds all items for the previous 24 hours
stores the IDs into a serialized JSON string to the DB with the date
RSS feed will pickup the last 5 items in table
The template/view will deserialze the string and construct the html
