Add links to child workflows from execution history for workflows that have them.

And a reverse link to the parent workflow.

Does the child have the parents workflowId and runId available in the history?

nm, cadence-web 's IDL definitions are out of date. I see them now.

It is not in StartChildWorkflowExecutionInitiated as it is event in the parent history.
In the child history it is in the WorkflowExecutionStartedEventAttributes:
