keyboard LED indicator have low contrast on light themes #75

Steps to reproduce:

Install Ubuntu MATE 21.10
Install ubuntu-mate-desktop
Enable keyboard LEDs from mate-tweak (Panel->Panels, Panel Features, Enable keyboard LED)
Set light theme from mate-control-center Appearance

Expected results:

keyboard LEDs indicator is visible on light and dark themes

Actual results:

keyboard LEDs indicator has low contrast on light themes, see Yaru-Light screenshot below:
