In order to analyze proteomic profiles available through piLINCS using various statistical and data mining approaches available in iLINCS, follow the 'Analyze in iLINCS' button in the right upper corner of Profile tabs.

This step can be preceded by selecting (assay, cell type, perturbation) tuples, as piLINCS generates an API query reflecting user defined filters. Note, however, that at present iLINCS is not using these filtering criteria and the selection of subsets to be analyzed (e.g., to identify peptides differentially expressed between some perturbations) has to be repeated using iLINCS interface. This should change soon.
