Show/Hide Columns Panel out of View

Just lately I am noticing that the Show/Hide Columns panel is partly off of the page and out of view. This is in Chrome:

In Safari, it is off the page only after I resize the window, and then I can scroll to the right, which shows the full width, but looks like it's off the page:

I'm still seeing this. Here are some examples:

I misread and didn't know it happened when resizing the window. That panel has an absolute position and is not responsive to resizing. I've set it up so it just hides when the user resizes the window.

Ok- I think hiding when resizing the window is a good solution. However, it's not hiding when I resize.
