To be done when we're actually worrying about performance

custom build font-awesome / cut CSS to slim it down (or just build off other libs)
run https://github.com/addyosmani/critical and restructure css load
setup https://github.com/postcss/autoprefixer & JS concat w/ gulp
load skyline.jpg via js lazyload w/ viewport detection for non-mobile
