Display a DAMS status

Can we have the bot display the current status of the DAMS (all environments). From Greg Reser "I have a vague memory of you creating a DAMS status thing in Slack. Did I dream that? It would be good to know if everything is working before we begin an ingest or are working on testing something like metadata-only visibility."

@tmarconi - Love the idea. As I recall, this was a fairly subjective/manual process that Gabriela curated.

Perhaps we can tie in to some Nagios check(s) so we can automate properly automate this?

I suppose the larger question, very much related to the issue this past Friday (Jan 26), is what check can we use per environment to give us a 100% assured up or down
