The streaming demo "streamingservice" was created before the Device Authorization Grant existed. Now we can leverage the native Okta Device Authorization Grant flow to achieve the same result.

Create a new vertical for this called "ZartanTV"
In the future we may sunset the old "streamingservice" vertical.
