Graphical User Interface

ProPores2 comes with a graphical user interface that can be used instead of the command line. After installing ProPores2 as described in Step 1, the user interface can be opened as follows:

Windows 7 and 10

Double-click on ProporesGUI_32.exe or ProporesGUI_64.exe depending on whether you have a 32-bit or 64-bit Windows version. If in doubt, select the 32-bit version.

MacOS and Linux

Open the terminal and navigate to the ProPores2 folder with the propores executable. Run

python3 propores_gui.py
