Can't install addon #17

I downloaded the zip and installed addon from file as always, but when I try and search for it to activate it I doesn't show up. Other people type Point Cloud Visualizer and when I try that nothing shows up

hi, download zip, unzip, from prefs navigate to that directory and select pcv file itself and click install. this repo contains many addons and installing all of them at once doesn't work, blender expects single addon
