[Question] How to write and add input method for uim?

Hi. I and couple of people are trying to write a input method for uim.
We've looked at the documents at /doc directory to get started.
but we couldn't find the doc for registering IM to uim that will make our IM appear on uim.
Where can we find the doc for registering IM to uim?

one of our member @onitng already tried register-im but he said it didn't work.
Are there any reference doc for register-im?
