Whatsapp Voice calling is blocked

The new feature Whatsapp Voice calling is being blocked, Whatsapp calls but the other side don´t get the call.

Ok, this did not work for me.
I have these ports open going out:
TCP = 80, 443, 4244, 5060, 5061, 5222, 5223, 5228, 5282
UDP = 5060-5061, 5242, 9785, 40000-60000

any-ports-to&from-these-ip
173.192.222.169/170
208.43.115.195
208.43.122.134

Why can I make a WhatsApp call ?
I can send messages ok, voice notes ok,
call comes in but no voice.

So the rtp ports looks like is in the 40000-60000 range.
I want to prioritize in a mikrotik router the whatsApp but I can not do it for 20000 ports.
The best for this job is hangouts, is 7 ports only.
