Kotlin Gradle plugin version mismatch #5

Build failed with the following exception:

The Android Gradle plugin supports only Kotlin Gradle plugin version 1.2.51 and higher. Project 'soundpool' is using version 1.1.51.

Android Gradle plugin was updated in version 0.3.0.
